What are you going to do?

You are responsible for the daily illness and recovery reports of employees and the administrative actions thereof in our system you have regular contact and you have conversations with the employees about the absenteeism report you make appointments with dentists, doctors and/or hospitals where necessary You play an important role between our planner, job coaches and absenteeism department.

Wymagania do pracy

You are accurate and take a neutral role when you contact a sick employee You are empathetic, you can listen well, but you can also be steadfast and resilient; Strong communication skills, Polish as well as English

You can quickly switch between different departments

You are good at putting things into perspective.

Co oferujemy

You have HBO work and thinking level

You are available 32 to 40 hours a week

You are in possession of a driver's license

Experience in a similar position is not necessary
